Swing Set Announces
BEGINNER BASICS and beyond for WEST COAST SWING

AVANT GARDE BALLROOM, Newport Beach Ca.... Sept 6 & 20 (dark Aug 16)

Special West Coast Swing Workshops with CARRIE LUCAS. Every 1st & 3rd Saturday morning. Carrie will be teaching her special Styling technique, turns, and basic patterns for West Coast Swing. The workshops will include BODY MOVEMENT done to music to help you become more flexible and comfortable with the Dance steps, followed by a complete review of the basic patterns for WEST COAST SWING! This is a Unique way to learn to Dance and have FUN at the same time!  

2-HOUR SCHEDULE 10am - Noon (Have Fun but don't get over-loaded!)

10-11am: FUN BODY MOVEMENT & FOOTWORK TO MUSIC! LEARNING THE

THREE RHYTHMS OF SWING

11-12am: NOW YOU KNOW THE RHYTHM'S AND PUT THE PATTERNS TOGETHER!
